Our History
Formed in 1985 selling Valves and Instruments into ‘HEVAC’ industry, representing many major branded products.
Moved to new premises in Newton & Opened a Process Division selling C/S and S/S valves, Actuation Packages & Control Valves.
Acquired F.Ashton Engineering Services Ltd. - Formed in 1902. A well respected company, known as specialists in steam products with us representing Ari-Armaturen it was a good fit.
Opened a new 20,000 sq ft premises - opens Plumbing Division selling sanitary products, boilers, piping, fittings, taps, etc.
Introduced VIP own brand of products and have continually added new products which include: bronze valves, cast iron valves, commissioning products, rubber & S/S pump flexibles, ball valves, TMV’s and more.
Expansion design service added to support our existing range of WRAS approved products.
Introduced the VIP “Warrior” manifold with bespoke assemblies & testing into the market.
Opened in-house testing facility for the VIP range of actuation
Acquired HEVAC Industrial in London who primarily supplied pipe, waste, rainwater, soil & fittings.
BSP filter pot mini launched with VIP being main stockist & distributor. VIP also joined NMBS buying society.
