VIP PN25 Fully Lugged Butterfly Valve

Key Information

Fully lugged PN25 butterfly valve manufactured from high-quality ductile iron, designed for reliable isolation and flow control in a wide range of applications. The valve features a durable EPDM liner and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel disc, ensuring long service life and consistent performance.

Rated to PN25 (25 bar) with a working temperature range of -10°C to +120°C. The replaceable rubber liner allows for straightforward maintenance and extended product lifespan.

Supplied as standard with a manual lever, the valve is also actuator-ready, incorporating a top flange in accordance with ISO 5211-1 for easy automation. Fully lugged body design enables secure installation and dead-end service capability.

WRAS approved, making it suitable for use in potable water systems.

Gearbox

Lever operation is standard up to DN150, with gearbox operation supplied from DN200 onwards for ease of operation on larger sizes. For sizes outside this range, please contact us at sales@vip-ltd.co.uk or call 01942 885700.
