The VIP PN25 wafer dual plate non-return valve is a high-performance solution for preventing backflow in pressurised pipeline systems. Designed with a compact wafer-style body, it is ideal for installations where space is limited, while still delivering reliable and efficient flow control.

Manufactured from epoxy-coated ductile iron (EN-GJS-450-10), the valve offers excellent strength and corrosion resistance for long-term durability. The dual plate design incorporates stainless steel discs, stem, and spring, providing enhanced mechanical reliability and resistance to wear in demanding applications. An EPDM seat ensures tight sealing and contributes to smooth, quiet operation.

The spring-assisted closing mechanism enables rapid response to changes in flow, helping to minimise reverse flow and significantly reduce the risk of water hammer. Combined with its low head loss characteristics, the valve supports efficient system performance while maintaining effective backflow prevention.

Rated to PN25 (25 bar) and designed for operation within a temperature range of 0°C to 80°C, the valve is compatible with PN25 flanged systems and can be installed in both horizontal and vertical pipework.
