The Reliance Valves Protector YC DZR ‘Y’ Strainer is a compact, WRAS Approved in-line strainer designed to protect valves, controls and other system components from debris in hot and cold water and central heating applications. Manufactured from durable DZR brass with compression connections for quick installation, the Protector YC features a double-reinforced 60 mesh stainless steel filter that provides excellent resistance to damage while effectively capturing system contaminants. An O-ring sealed access cap allows the filter to be serviced and cleaned without replacement, helping to reduce maintenance costs and extend the life of downstream equipment.
