Project Overview
VIP supported a coordinated programme of building services works across three education sites: Bancroft’s School in Woodford Green, Claypool School in Bolton and Heathfield School in Bolton. The programme combined work within a Grade II listed educational estate with upgrades at two further schools, creating varied requirements across three active sites.
Our Approach
Supporting three schools simultaneously required more than simply supplying individual components. VIP worked closely with the project team to coordinate a substantial package of mechanical services products across each site, including VIP own-brand flanged strainers and stainless steel tube and fittings. Our strong product knowledge helped ensure suitable equipment was supplied as requirements developed, while responsive communication kept deliveries aligned with the wider programme. With more than 40 years of industry experience and ISO 9001 quality management, VIP provided the hands-on service needed to support several live education projects at once.
Execution
VIP supplied its own-brand flanged strainers to help protect mechanical systems and downstream equipment from circulating debris, alongside significant quantities of stainless steel tube and associated fittings for the wider pipework installations. Products were coordinated across Bancroft’s School, Claypool School and Heathfield School, allowing the project team to source key elements of the mechanical package through one responsive supplier. Careful communication and delivery coordination were particularly important with works progressing across three separate locations, including the historically significant Grade II listed estate at Bancroft’s.
The Outcome
The programme demonstrated VIP’s ability to support multiple education projects simultaneously, combining reliable product supply with responsive technical and logistical support. From modern pipework and system filtration to the additional considerations of working within a Grade II listed school estate, VIP helped keep the mechanical packages moving across all three sites.
