Inhibi-Clean 400 is a pH neutral chemical inhibitor and non-drain cleanser designed for closed heating, cooling and condenser water systems. Formulated using a biodegradable blend of dispersants, corrosion inhibitors and passivating agents, Inhibi-Clean 400 helps remove circulating debris, protect system metals and maintain long-term water quality without the need to drain down the system after treatment.

Once dosed into the system, Inhibi-Clean 400 gently cleans and disperses suspended contaminants for up to 48 hours, allowing debris to be captured and removed through side stream filtration systems such as the BSP Filter Pot range. The product also forms a protective passivation layer on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, helping to minimise corrosion, pitting and system degradation.

Suitable for use with softened, de-ionised and potable water systems, Inhibi-Clean 400 is non-hazardous, biodegradable and compatible with a wide range of HVAC closed loop applications. The formulation contains molybdate corrosion inhibitors for enhanced protection of mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminium components.
