The VIP 2-piece 316 stainless steel full bore ball valve, flanged to ASA150, is designed for reliable isolation and flow control in demanding industrial applications. Manufactured from high-quality 316 stainless steel, the valve offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and long service life across a wide range of operating conditions.
Featuring a full bore design, the valve allows unrestricted flow with minimal pressure drop, helping to maximise system efficiency and maintain consistent flow performance. An integrated ISO 5211 mounting pad allows for direct actuator mounting without the need for additional brackets or adaptors, simplifying automation and reducing installation time and cost.
Supplied with a lever operator and locking device for secure manual operation, the valve is suitable for both manual and automated service. Rated to Class 150LB with a working temperature range of -20°C to 150°C, it is designed to provide reliable performance in a wide range of industrial fluid handling systems.
