Key Information

The VIP PN16 fully lugged butterfly valve provides reliable isolation and flow control for water and industrial applications. It features a durable ductile iron body, 316 stainless steel disc and PTFE-lined EPDM seat for effective sealing and corrosion resistance.

Rated to 16 bar, the valve operates from -35°C to +150°C. Its fully lugged design supports secure installation and dead-end service where permitted by the manufacturer’s requirements. The replaceable liner simplifies maintenance.

The valve features an ISO 5211-1 actuator mounting flange and EN1092-2 PN16 flange connections. It is manufactured to EN593 and complies with API 609, BS5155 and MSS SP-67.

Operation

Lever operation is standard up to DN150, with gearbox operation supplied from DN200 onwards. For other sizes or requirements, contact sales@vip-ltd.co.uk or call 01942 885700.
