Key Information

The VIP wafer semi-lugged butterfly valve provides reliable flow control for water and industrial applications. Its durable ductile iron body and compact design make it suitable for a wide range of pipework systems.

The valve suits PN6, PN10, PN16 and ASA150 flanges. It features a PTFE-lined EPDM seat for reliable sealing and a 316 stainless steel disc for corrosion resistance.

Rated to 16 bar, the valve operates from -35°C to +150°C. Its replaceable liner simplifies maintenance and helps extend service life.

The valve includes an ISO 5211-1 mounting flange for actuator installation. It complies with EN593, API 609, BS5155, ISO 5211 and MSS SP-67.

Operation

Lever operation is standard up to DN150. Sizes DN200 and above are supplied with a gearbox for easier operation.
