Safe Operating Temperature
Wrap Over Pipe Clips are suitable for plumbing and gas pipe installations with a maximum safe operating temperature of 85°C. They are ideal for securing hot water pipes in domestic plumbing applications.
Clip Spacing
For best results, install Wrap Over Pipe Clips at 500mm intervals along the length of the pipe.
Load-Bearing Guidance
Wrap Over Pipe Clips are tested for safe use with plumbing, gas, and air-conditioning pipework. They are not designed for load-bearing applications — their purpose is to grip and hold the specified pipe sizes securely. When spaced at 500 mm intervals, the clips will support the natural weight of copper or plastic pipes. For safety, do not attach or hang any additional loads to the pipework, as this could cause the clips to fail.
