CSA Flanged PN16 Nominal Bore Ductile Iron Float Valve
CSA
CSA is an Italian valve manufacturer specialising in pressure control, air management and surge protection for water systems. Established in 1987, the company produces a range of air valves, pressure reducing valves, relief valves and level control valves for water distribution, irrigation and industrial applications. Combining Italian manufacturing with specialist engineering expertise, CSA develops solutions to regulate flow and pressure, manage trapped air and help protect pipelines and equipment from water hammer.
Key Information
The CSA ATHENA Flanged PN16 Ductile Iron Float Valve automatically regulates water levels in tanks and reservoirs. Its pressure-balanced equilibrium design maintains consistent level control despite variations in upstream pressure, adjusting the incoming flow as water is used and closing drip-tight when the maximum level is reached.
Featuring an epoxy-coated ductile iron body and a stainless steel float, the ATHENA is suitable for water distribution, fire protection storage tanks and irrigation systems. Its versatile three-way body allows either angle or globe pattern installation, while a self-cleaning internal mechanism helps reduce dirt build-up and maintenance requirements.
