CSA Flanged PN16 Nominal Bore Ductile Iron Angled Pattern Relief Valve
CSA
CSA is an Italian valve manufacturer specialising in pressure control, air management and surge protection for water systems. Established in 1987, the company produces a range of air valves, pressure reducing valves, relief valves and level control valves for water distribution, irrigation and industrial applications. Combining Italian manufacturing with specialist engineering expertise, CSA develops solutions to regulate flow and pressure, manage trapped air and help protect pipelines and equipment from water hammer.
Key Information
The CSA GEMINA Flanged PN16 Ductile Iron Angled Pattern Relief Valve helps protect pipelines, pumps and associated equipment from excessive pressure and water hammer. Its fast-acting, spring-controlled mechanism opens when pressure exceeds the preset level, discharging excess water through a flanged outlet that can be connected to a discharge pipe.
Featuring an epoxy-coated ductile iron body, the GEMINA is suitable for treated and raw water systems. Typical applications include pumping stations, transmission pipelines and installations downstream of pressure reducing valves, where rapid pressure relief helps limit unwanted surges.
