This Domestic Hydraulic Low Loss Header is a compact stainless steel hydraulic separator designed for domestic and light commercial heating systems. Combining hydraulic separation, air removal and magnetic dirt capture within a single unit, it improves system efficiency, protects pumps and heat exchangers, and helps maintain balanced flow between primary and secondary circuits. Manufactured from 304 stainless steel and supplied with an automatic air vent, pressure/temperature gauge, drain valve and high-strength rare earth magnet, the unit provides an effective all-in-one solution for modern heating installations.The header is suitable for systems up to 115kW and operating pressures up to 10 bar.
