Trelleborg Teguflex P Purple bellows are a premium moulded rubber expansion joint specifically developed for highly aggressive chemical applications, including strong acids and aromatic solvents at temperatures up to 150°C. Manufactured with a fluted Viton inner tube, aramid reinforcement, and a weather resistant Viton outer cover, it delivers exceptional chemical resistance alongside reliable absorption of vibration, pressure surges, thermal expansion, and pipe misalignment. The unit is available with a range of flange materials including zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, with optional PTFE liners, vacuum rings, flameguards and safety shields available for enhanced protection in severe operating environments. Designed in a compact 130mm body length configuration, the Teguflex P Purple is particularly suited to installations where space is limited, while still providing high-performance protection for corrosive and high-temperature media handling systems.
