The VIP full bore brass nickel plated gas ball valve is designed to provide reliable and efficient isolation in gas distribution and pipeline systems. Constructed from high-quality nickel plated CW617N brass, the valve offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear, while the chrome plated brass ball ensures smooth operation and reliable sealing performance. The full bore design allows unrestricted flow through the valve, minimising pressure drop and maintaining maximum flow efficiency within the system.
Fitted with PTFE seats, the valve provides dependable sealing and low operating torque for smooth manual operation. The plastified yellow steel lever handle allows for clear identification in gas installations and provides secure quarter-turn isolation control.
Designed with BSP female threaded ends to ISO 7/1 Rp standards, the valve enables quick and straightforward installation into threaded pipe systems. Rated for gas applications up to 5 bar pressure and operating temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, the valve is intended for use in fully open or fully closed positions only.
