Key Information
Trelleborg Teguflex P Green bellows are a compact moulded rubber expansion joint designed for demanding industrial applications involving strong or concentrated acids, compressed air containing oil aerosols, and outdoor service environments requiring excellent weather resistance. Manufactured with a fluted CSM inner tube, nylon cord reinforcement, and a chloroprene (CR) outer cover, it is engineered to absorb vibration, reduce pressure surges, compensate for thermal expansion, and correct pipeline misalignment while maintaining long-term durability in aggressive operating conditions. The unit is available with a variety of flange materials including zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, with optional PTFE liners, vacuum rings, flameguards and safety shields available for enhanced chemical protection. Featuring a compact 130mm body length design and ABS type approval, the Teguflex P Green is particularly suited to installations where space is limited while still delivering reliable performance in corrosive and outdoor industrial environments.
