Trelleborg Teguflex P DW bellows are a compact moulded rubber expansion joint specifically designed for potable water and building service applications involving contact with drinking water up to 23°C. Constructed with a fluted EPDM inner tube, nylon cord reinforcement, and a weather resistant EPDM outer cover, it is engineered to absorb vibration, reduce pressure surges, compensate for thermal expansion and correct pipeline misalignment in water distribution and HVAC systems. Featuring a compact 130mm body length design, the Teguflex P DW is particularly suited to installations where space is limited while still delivering reliable flexibility and long-term durability. The unit is available with a range of flange materials including zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, with optional vacuum rings, flameguards and PTFE safety shields available for additional operational protection. Approved for drinking water applications to ACS, WRAS and AS/NZS 4020 standards, and manufactured in accordance with PED requirements, the Teguflex P DW provides a dependable solution for compact potable water piping systems operating between -25°C to 90°C.
