The VIP PN16 fully lugged butterfly valve is designed for reliable isolation and flow control across a wide range of water and industrial applications. Manufactured from high-strength ductile iron, the valve combines durability with excellent mechanical performance, making it suitable for demanding pipeline systems.

The valve features a PTFE-lined EPDM seat, providing enhanced chemical resistance, reduced friction, and improved sealing performance. This is paired with a 316 stainless steel disc, offering excellent corrosion resistance and long service life, even in more aggressive environments. The replaceable liner design allows for straightforward maintenance and extended operational lifespan.

Rated to PN16 (16 bar), the valve operates across a wide temperature range of -35°C to +150°C, making it suitable for both low and elevated temperature applications. The fully lugged body design enables secure installation and allows for dead-end service, adding flexibility in system layout and maintenance.

Supplied with a manual lever operator (up to DN150), the valve is also actuator-ready, incorporating a top flange in accordance with ISO 5211-1 for easy automation. Flange connections conform to EN1092-2 PN16 standards, ensuring compatibility with standard pipework systems.

Manufactured in accordance with EN593 and compliant with API 609, BS5155, and MSS SP-67, this butterfly valve offers a dependable and versatile solution for modern pipeline systems.

Gearbox
