PN16 Fully Lugged Butterfly Valve

Key Information

Designed for installation between flanges drilled in accordance with EN1092-1 PN16, this fully lugged butterfly valve provides secure, independent bolting to each flange, allowing for dead-end service where required. The valve’s liner and disc are replaceable and supplied with a durable EPDM liner for effective sealing across a range of media. An ISO 5211 compliant top flange enables straightforward actuator mounting. WRAS approval ensures suitability for use with potable water systems. Commonly used in HVAC, petrochemical processing, oil and gas, shipbuilding, and general industrial applications.

Gearbox

Lever operation is standard up to DN200, with gearbox operation supplied from DN250 onwards for ease of operation on larger sizes. For sizes outside this range, please contact us at sales@vip-ltd.co.uk or call 01942 885700.
