Trelleborg Teguflex P Blue bellows are a compact moulded rubber expansion joint designed for abrasive service applications within construction, mining and slurry handling systems. Engineered with a fluted SBR inner tube, nylon cord reinforcement, and a weather resistant chloroprene (CR) outer cover, it provides excellent resistance to friction, impacts and suspended solid particles such as slurry, sand and calcium compounds. The unit is designed to absorb vibration, reduce pressure surges, compensate for thermal expansion and correct pipeline misalignment in demanding industrial environments. Available with a range of flange materials including zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, the Teguflex P Blue can also be supplied with optional PTFE liners, vacuum rings, flameguards and safety shields for enhanced operational protection. Featuring a compact 130mm body length design and operating temperatures from –35°C to 90°C, it offers a durable and space-efficient solution for abrasive material handling systems.
