Trelleborg Teguflex P Red bellows are a compact moulded rubber expansion joint designed for building services and construction applications involving hot water, cooling water, salt solutions, chlorine solutions, esters and ketones. Manufactured with a fluted EPDM inner tube, nylon cord reinforcement, and a weather and ozone resistant EPDM outer cover, it is engineered to absorb vibration, reduce pressure surges, compensate for thermal expansion and correct pipeline misalignment in demanding HVAC and industrial service environments. Featuring a compact 130mm body length design, the Teguflex P Red is particularly suited to installations where space is limited while still providing reliable flexibility and durability. The unit is available with a range of flange materials including zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, with optional PTFE liners, vacuum rings, flameguards and PTFE safety shields available for enhanced operational protection. Approved for ATEX environments and carrying both DNV and ABS approvals, the Teguflex P Red provides a dependable solution for compact hot and cooling water piping systems operating between -35°C and 90°C.
