Key Information
Trelleborg Teguflex P Yellow bellows are a compact moulded rubber expansion joint designed for oil and gas applications involving water, salt water, mineral oils, vegetable and animal oils, oil aerosols, and hydrocarbon products containing less than 50% aromatic content. Constructed with a fluted Epichlorohydrin (ECO) inner tube, nylon cord reinforcement, and an oil resistant ECO outer cover, it is engineered to absorb vibration, reduce pressure surges, compensate for thermal expansion and correct pipeline misalignment in demanding industrial service environments. Particularly suited to tank wagons, tankers and fixed oil transfer systems, the Teguflex P Yellow combines excellent oil resistance with reliable flexibility and durability. Featuring a compact 130mm body length configuration, it is ideal for installations where space is limited while still maintaining robust operational performance. The unit is available with a range of flange materials including zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, with optional PTFE liners, vacuum rings, flameguards and safety shields available for enhanced protection. Approved for ATEX environments and carrying both DNV and ABS approvals, the Teguflex P Yellow provides a dependable solution for compact oil and gas piping systems operating between -25°C and 90°C.
