Key Information
Trelleborg Teguflex W White bellows are a moulded rubber expansion joint specifically designed for hygienic food and beverage processing systems, including applications involving fats and oils. Constructed with a white FDA-grade NBR inner tube, nylon cord reinforcement, and a weather and oil resistant ECO rubber cover, it is engineered to absorb vibration, reduce pressure surges, compensate for thermal expansion, and correct pipe misalignment in demanding process environments. The unit is available with a range of flange options including zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, while optional PTFE liners, vacuum rings and safety shields provide additional application flexibility. Suitable for operating temperatures from -25°C to 90°C and compliant with FDA, EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 and PED requirements, the Teguflex W White offers a durable and hygienic solution for larger bore and higher movement pipe systems.
