Trelleborg Teguflex W Blue bellows are a heavy-duty moulded rubber expansion joint designed for abrasive material handling applications within construction, quarrying and mining environments. Manufactured with a fluted SBR inner tube, nylon cord reinforcement, and a weather resistant chloroprene (CR) outer cover, it provides excellent resistance to slurry, sand, calcium and other suspended solid particles where high resistance to friction and impact is required. Engineered to absorb vibration, reduce pressure surges, compensate for thermal expansion and correct pipeline misalignment, the Teguflex W Blue is particularly suited to larger bore and higher movement pipe systems. Available with a range of flange materials including zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, the unit can also be supplied with optional PTFE liners, vacuum rings and flameguards for enhanced operational protection. With an extended body design for increased movement capability and operating temperatures from –35°C to 90°C, the Teguflex W Blue offers a durable and reliable solution for demanding abrasive service applications.
